HARYANA POLICE CONSTABLE MALE AND FEMALE RECRUITMENT 2017 FOR 4500 POST OF MALE CONSTABLE AND 1032 POST OF FEMALE CONSTABLE AGAINST ADVERTISEMENT NO. 5/2017 CAT. NO. 1 AND 2 

Online applications are invited by Haryana Staff Selection Commission for direct recruitment of under mentioned categories of posts using the website of HSSC i.e. www.hssc.gov.in. The online application can be filled up from 12.06,2017 to 11.07.2017 till 11.59 P.M.
The printed copy of the online application form with necesisary certificates must se brought at the time of scrutiny of documents. 
No offline application form or copy of downloaded application form will be accepted by the office. The selection shall be made in accordance with the provisions under Haryana Police (Non Gazetted and Other Ranks) Service Rules. 2017 and, amended rule 12.16 of Punjab Police Rules-1934 as applicable to Haryana and Government instructions issued from time to time regarding Reservation, Qualification/eligibility conditions, and other documents will be' determined with regard to last date fixed to apply online applications also called as closing date i.e. 11.07.2017.
No candidate who does not fulfill the qualification/eligibility condition on cutoff date need not to apply. No confidential result qua minimum qualification shall be entertained. The details of the posts are as under: -

However, such candidates who have already applied against above advertisement earlier need not to apply again as their old application will be considered.

HSSC Admit card for Haryana Police Physical and Scrutiny

Haryana Staff Selection Commission Notice Regarding Admit Card and Schedule for Scrutiny of documents for the Post of Police Constable Advt. 8/2015, Cat. No. 2,3,4


The scrutiny of documents of the qualified candidates will be held from 27.09.2016 to 02.10.2016 at Panchkula as per date, time and venue mentioned in admit card of the candidate. 

After scrutiny of documents, Physical Measurement Test (PMT) only of eligible candidates will be conducted as per standards prescribed under Punjab Police Rule 12.15 (2) read with 12.16 (8)

HPSC Instruction to Assistant Professor (College Cadre) Applicants

HARYANA PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION, PANCHKULA

INSTRUCTIONS TO CANDIDATES ASSISTANT PROFESSOR (COLLEGE CADRE)

The candidates must carefully read the following instructions in addition to general instructions of Advt.No. 10/2015 and information for candidates. Failure to comply with these instructions will render him liable to such punishment as the Commission may deem fit to impose. 

l. The candidate must bring the Admit Card to the Examination Hall. 

2. The candidates are not allowed to sit on any seat other than the seat alloted to them against their Roll Nos.

3. The candidates are directed that they will not be allowed to leave their seats during first half time of the paper.

4. The candidate should bring his own blue ball point pen.

5. The candidate should not bring any other material except specified above.

6. The candidate must write his roll number, name and put his thumb impression in the space provided for the purpose on the Answer Sheet (OMR Sheet). The candidate must note write any thing on the Question Paper except his Roll Number. 

7. In case of copying, both the candidates (the one who is copying and the other who is allowing to copy) will be disqualified or any other punishment as the Commission may deem fit. 

8. A signal will be given at the beginning of the Examination and then candidates may start writing their answers. 

9. No candidate shall leave the Examination hall till the Recruitment Test is over.

10. The candidate after finishing his paper shall continue sealed at his desk and wait till his answer Book (OMR. Sheet) is collected. He must not write or revise his answer after the expiry of the allotted time. A bell will be rung five minutes before closing time and a second bell will warn candidates to stop writing or revising their answers books. 

11. Silence must be observed in the Examination Hall. 

12. Smoking in the examination hall is prohibited.

13. Mobile phone / Blue tooth / Pen Scanner or any other electronic / communication device will not be allowed in the premises of the Examination centre. The violation of these instructions will amount to cancellation of his/her candidature.

14. (i) Canvassing in any form will disqualify a candidate. 

(ii) A candidate, who makes accusations or insinuation against rival candidates or the commission as a whole Chairman or Member of the commission or its officials etc. may be disqualified. 

(iii) A candidate who is found knowingly to have furnished any particulars which are false or to have suppressed material information will be disqualified, and if appointed, will be liable to dismissal. He is also liable to proscription from all Government Service and to criminal prosecution. 

15. An extra / compensatory time @ 20 minutes per hour of Examination will be allowed to the Physically Handicapped (Blind I Partially Blind or Locomotors Disability) candidates on production of a medical certificate issued by medical board constituted by the Chief Medical Officer of the concerned district.

Using Scribe-
The Physically Handicapped (Blind / Partially Blind / Locomotors disability) candidates who wants the help of a scribe to write his/her paper will have to apply to the commission for the permission of a scribe separately well in time i.e. at least 10 days prior to the commencement of the examination. The scribe should be studying student upto 10+2 and his/her photo and other particulars should be verified by the Principal of the school in which the student is studying.

Not Using Scribe-
The Physically Handicapped suffering from Locomotors disability and do not want the help of a scribe, extra/ compensatory time will be allowed @20 minutes per hour for examination on production of medical certificate issued by a medical board clearly stating that the candidates writing ability is severally effected due to his/her handicapness. 

16. Re-evaluation or rechecking is not allowed as the Answer Sheets (OMR sheets) ) will be scanned by the Computer.

17. The SBC category candidates who have not availed the benefit of age relaxation shall be considered against the vacancies of General category.

18. The candidates must abide by any further instructions which may be given to him by the Supervisor of the Examination centre. If the candidate fails to do so or indulges in disorderly or improper conduct, he will render himself liable to expulsion from the examination or such other punishment as the Commission may deem fit to impose.

हरियाणा पुलिस में 3000 विशेष पुलिस कर्मियों की भर्ती 2016

विशेष पुलिस अधिकारियों का चयन- 2016 

(हरियाणा पुलिस अधिनियम 2007 धारा 21 के तहत)
हरियाणा सरकार सभी जिलों में एक वर्ष की नियम अवधि के लिए अनुबंध आधार पर विशेष पुलिस अधिकारी के रूप में हरियाणा राज्य के लिए सहायक बल स्थापित करने के लिए तय मानदेय पर भारतीय सेना के 3000 भूतपूर्व सैनिकों को भर्ती करने जा रही है-

आयु सीमा- 

भारतीय सेना के पूर्व सैनिकों की आयु 25 से 50 साल के बीच हो| 

योग्यता-

पूर्व सैनिकों को अनुशासनहीनता, कदाचार या चिकित्सा अस्वस्थता के कारण सेवा से नहीं हटाया गया हो, वे ही पात्र होंगे|
भर्ती के लिए शारीरिक मापतोल या लिखित परीक्षा नहीं होगी, किन्तु निम्न शर्तों को पूरा करना आवश्यक है- 
१. सेना में कम से कम 5 वर्ष की सेवा हो|
२. सेवा से निवृति के समय चिकित्सा A ग्रेड का होना चाहिए| चरित्र प्रमाण पत्र अनुकरणीय/प्रकृष्ट होना चाहिए | 

मानदेय-

केवल एक वर्ष की अवधि के लिए 14000 रूपये प्रति माह मानदेय पर रखा जाएगा| 

नियुक्ति-

चुने गए पूर्व सैनिकों को उनके गृह थाने अर्थात जिस थाने के अंतर्गत उनका घर आता है में तैनात नहीं किया जाएगा बल्कि सबसे नजदीकी थाणे में नियुक्ति दी जायेगी| 

सुविधाएं-

सहायक बल के सदस्यों को भर्ती के समय दो जोड़ा वर्दी, एक जोड़ा जूते और अन्य जरुरी वर्दी सम्बन्धी सामान के लिए 3000 रूपये केवल एक बार दिए जायेंगे|
बल के सदस्य जब सरकारी दौरे पर होंगे उन्हें 150 रूपये की दर से TA/DA दिया जाएगा|
उन्हें पुलिस कर्मियों की तरह आकस्मिक अवकाश भी दिए जायेंगे | 
ड्यूटी के दौरान मृत्यु होने पर 10 लाख रूपये, स्थायी विकलांगता पर एक से 3 लाख रूपये और गंभीर चोट पर एक लाख रूपये अनुग्रह राशि भी दी जायेगी|

If any candidate has any objection regarding any ans\Mer key, he/she may submit his/her objection to the Secretary of tJle Commission by email i'e' hsscsecvobjection@email.com within 5 days i.e. from 21.05.2016 to 25.05,2016 upto 5.00 P.M. After that no objection will be entertained by the Commission. 
The candidates are advised, to clearly mention the name of the post, Advt' No., Category No., Date of Examination and write the Set i.e A, B, C, or D of the question paper on which the objection is raised otherwise objection will not be considered. The objections shall be considered by the Commission and its decision in this regard shall be final and evaluation of the paper shall accordingly be done.

Haryana Schools Computer Teacher Exam Date and Pattern

Reference Haryana School Shiksha Pariyojna Parishad's Advt. No. RMSA/ADMN/lCT/2016143927 dated 17.03.2016 regarding fitting up posts of Computer Instructors and Junior Computer Instructors available on website www. recruitment- portat. in and www. hsspp. in. 

The Written Examination for the post of Computer Instructor (Cl) and Junior Computer Instructor (JCl) will be held on 29.05.2016. 

The Pattern of the Examination shall be as under: 

The exam for both categories i.e. Cl & JCI will be of objective type carrying 100 Multiple Choice Questions on the topic of Computer Science, Mathematics & Reasoning/Mental/Analytical ability. MODE OF SELECTION 

a. The selection process shall comprise of Written Test of 100 marks and Trade Test (Practical). Documents verification & Medical examination shall also be considered as a part of selection process. 
b. The written test shall be fully objective and OMR based. 
c. The candidates short listed in written examination shall be called for Trade Test (Practical Test) and verification of certificates/documents in the ratio 1.25 times of the number of vacancies. 
d. Trade test is an essential part of the selection process of Industrial Employees. Viva-voice, if any, considered necessary to test the skill of the candidate being considered for recruitment, shall form the part of Trade Test. 
e. Trade test shall be merely qualifying in nature. It shall not decide the merit of the selected candidates. The merit will be decided solely based on the results of the written examination. 
f. The candidate who fails in the Trade Test shall not be considered for recruitment, irrespective of marks scored by him in the written examination. 
g. In the selection process, other things being equal i.e. marks being equal, trained Ex-Trade Apprentices of Ordnance Factory Khamaria and other sister Ordnance Factories shall be given preference. Candidates other than Ex-Trade Apprentices of Ordnance Factory Khamaria and other sister Ordnance Factories, who scores equal marks in written test, shall be placed in merit as per the DoPT orders. 

SCHEME OF EXAMINATION 

a. There shall be a written examination of one paper. The paper shall be of "Objective Multiplechoice-type" of maximum 100 marks. 
b. The question paper will consist of two parts: i. PART–A shall consist of 20 marks having questions on General Science and Quantitative Aptitude, each having weightage of 10 marks. The question will be of up to 10th Standard. ii. PART–B shall consist of 80 marks of NCVT syllabus for the relevant trade. 
c. There shall be no negative marking. 
d. The subject of the written examination, the maximum marks allotted to each paper, number of questions and the time allowed is given in the table below :-

SYALLABUS 

a) General Science (10 Questions) - Questions will be aimed at testing the candidate's General Awareness of the environment around him. Question will also be designed to test knowledge of basic science studied up to 10th standard and would include such matters of every day observations and experience as may be expected of any educated person. 
b) Quantitative Aptitude (10 Questions) – The candidate will be tested for general mathematics of up to 10th standard involving Number Systems, Equations in two variable, Simple and Compound Interest, Perimeter, area and volume of geometrical figures, Direct and inverse proportions, Pythagoras theorem and Trigonometry. 
c) NCVT Trade (80 Questions) - Questions from the NCVT Syllabus of relevant Trade for which candidate applied.

PAY SCALE:- 

The post carries pay in pay band of Rs.5200-20200 with Grade Pay Rs. 2400/- (Minimum pay in pay band is Rs. 7510/- P.M.). The post will carry Dearness allowance / House rent allowance / transport allowance / ration money, free accommodation, free uniform, free medical facilities, free leave pass once in a year during leave and other allowances as admissible under the rules in the Force. 

Education Qualification-

Candidates must have passed Intermediate (10+2) or equivalent examination from a board or university recognized by Central or State Government. Note : Two or Three year Diploma certificate in technical education done after 10th class is not equivalent to intermediate (10+2). 

Skill Test (On computer)-

English Typing with minimum speed of 35 words per minute on computer. OR Hindi Typing with minimum speed of 30 words per minute on computer. ( 35 words per minute in English and 30 words per minute in Hindi corresponding to 10500 key depressions per hour in English 9000 key depressions per hour in Hindi with average of 5 key depressions for each word on computer)
Note:- 
(i) Skill test (typing) will be conducted/done only on computers. Computers & key boards for the purpose will be provided by the Recruitment Centres. 
(ii) Mode/Procedure/Method for conducting skill test will be decided by the department.

SCHEME OF EXAMINATION/SELECTION PROCESS :- 

The recruitment shall be held in two phases as under:-

A. FIRST PHASE:- 

Written examination. 

B. SECOND PHASE:- 

(a) Physical Standard Test (PST)/Scrutiny of documents 
(b) Skill test ( i.e. Typing speed test) (On computers only and regulated through software) Note:- Mode/Procedure/Method for conducting skill test will be decided by the department. 
(c) Medical examination Note:- The candidate will be allowed to appear in Second phase test subject to qualifying/ passing the first phase of this recruitment process.

Written Examination :- 

(a) The written examination will be conducted at designated centre’s. 
(b) The written examination will be of one paper only carrying 225 marks consisting of following two parts:- 

Part-I 

Section-A = Hindi Language Or English Language (optional) 
Note:- 
Candidates will be at the discretion to attempt the language paper consisting of comprehension either in Hindi or English. The exam text will be different for Hindi language and English language. 
Section-B = General Intelligence. 
Section-C = Numerical Aptitude. 
Section-D = Clerical Aptitude. 

Part-II Descriptive paper. 

Note- 
Section B, C, D of Part I will be set as bilingual. 
Paper II descriptive will also be set as bilingual. 
Note:-
There will be only one question paper for two and half hours (2 ½ hrs) duration consisting of above two parts. The question in all the part-I ( Section-A to D) will be "OBJECTIVE TYPE WITH MULTIPLE CHOICE”. Each section will be consisting of 50 questions carrying one mark each for right answer. A candidate obtaining qualifying percentage out of total 200 marks shall be considered as qualified for next stage. The aggregate qualifying marks will be 40% for General category and 35% for SC/ST/OBC candidates i.e. 80 Marks for General Candidates and 70 Marks for SC/ST/OBC out of 200 marks in part-I of written test. 
Note:-2 
Part-II will consist of descriptive manner consisting of two questions i.e Essay writing of 15 marks which is to be written in about 150 words in Hindi or English and letter writing of 10 marks which is to be written in about 100 words in Hindi or English (Total 25 marks). Marks obtained by candidates in Part-II will be added in final merit list. Part-II will not have minimum qualifying marks. Procedure for assessment of descriptive paper will be as under : Essay writing ( 15 marks) Content – 05 marks Coherence/Relevancy- 05 marks Accuracy – 05 marks Letter writing ( 10 marks) Format – 03 marks Content – 04 marks Accurcy – 03 marks

25% weightage for History, Current Affairs, Literature, Geography, Civics, Environment, Culture etc. of Haryana. 
Each Question will carry equal marks. 
Viva Voce will be of 25 marks.
Note-
The number of candidates called for interview will be twice the number of vacancies. 
The total marks obtained in the written test and viva-voce will determine the merit of the candidates in their respective categories.

RECRUITMENT FOR THE POSTS OF BUS CONDUCTOR 

Online applications are invited from the Indian nationals for the following posts of Bus Conductor on regular basis in Chandigarh Transport Undertaking (CTU) U.T. Chandigarh: -

Note (i) The vacancies to be fallen vacant during intervening period of recruitment process will also be included in the advertised vacancies and will be filled up through this recruitment process itself. 
Note (ii) 33% of the above vacancies in each category are reserved for women candidates. In case sufficient candidates are not found available for appointment then the unfilled vacancies will be filled up from male candidates of respective category on the basis of merit. 

Pay Scale: 

“ Monthly emoluments” under Pay Band Rs. 5910-20200 during the probation period. Further fixed emoluments means the emoluments drawn by the Govt. employee, but the said emoluments shall not include any grade pay, annual increment or any others allowance except traveling allowance as per entitlement of the post. 
After successful completion of the probation period, the directly recruited bus conductor will be entitled to receive the salary equivalent to the minimum of the pay scale i.e. Rs. 5910-20200 and Grade Pay Rs. 2400/- (initial start Rs. 9880/-) plus usual allowances as admissible to the Chandigarh Administration employees from time to time. 
Further, the period of probation including extended period of probation, if any, will not be counted in the time scale of pay. 

Qualification :

(I) 10+2 pass from any recognized board/university and 
(II) Should hold a valid Conductor’s Licence issued before the last date of making application. 

Age as on 01.01.2016: - 

Minimum 18 years and maximum 25 years ( relaxation for SC 5yrs, OBC for 3 years, for PH(Ortho)-10 yrs & ESM as per rules. 

Physical requirement for physical handicapped person: 

The person with no less than 40% disability (Based on disability certificate issued by the competent authority) and holding valid conductor licence should apply. 
In case an eligible ex-serviceman is not available for recruitment against a ESM vacancy, such a vacancy shall be filled in by recruitment of one Lineal Descendent (LD) of an exserviceman in respective category, subject to the conditions mentioned in para 4 of Punjab Recruitment of Ex-servicemen rules 1982, subject to the following conditions:- 
(i) a) Qualification: - 10+2 pass from any recognized board/University 
b) Age: Minimum 18 years and maximum 25 years (Relaxation for SC=5yrs. And OBC=3 years and PH=10 yrs. 
c) Should hold valid Conductor License 
(ii) He/she is not already in service. 
(iii) He/She will be eligible to avail the benefits only once in life. 
(iv) Lineal Descendent means sons/daughter married/unmarried/legally divorced of the re-employed/un- employed ex-servicemen. The specimen of Lineal descendent certificate should be signed by respective Zila Sainik Welfare Office. Lineal Descendent Certificate issued by any other authority will not be considered and it will be rejected straightway. 

Processing fee (non refundable): - 

Rs.800/- for General/OBC 
Rs. 400/- for SC/ExServicemen candidates. 
No processing fee will be charged from physically handicapped person. 
For ESM-LD, the fee will be as per their categories such as UR/OBC or SC. 
Processing fee will be deposited in any branch of Punjab National Bank against the challan generated from system while filling online application. 

Selection Criteria: - 

(a) All candidates will be called for written test (objective type multiple choices). Two written test of 100 questions each will be held in forenoon and afternoon. 

Syllabus for Written test: 

The syllabus for written test (Objective type having multiple choice answers) will be based on; 
Paper-I (forenoon):- 
(i) Numerical Ability 
(ii) English(only upto 10th Standard, no translation in Hindi & Punjabi) 
(iii) General Knowledge & General Science 
(iv) Elementary Computer Knowledge 
Paper-II (After noon) 
(i) Knowledge of Traffic rules 
(ii) First Aid 
(iii) General behavior & Safety There will be no negative marking. 
However, the qualifying marks will be 25% for SC candidates and for other categories 30% marks. 
The question paper for each test will be in Hindi, English & Punjabi languages. 

Duration of written test: 

The duration of each written test will be of 90 minutes. 

Final Selection:

The final selection will be made on the basis of marks/merit obtained after combining the marks of both written test. In case two or more candidates secure equal marks/merit at last point, the candidates elder in age, will be considered for selection. 
THERE WILL BE NO PERSONAL INTERVIEW. 
Waiting lists will also be prepared in each category. 

LAST DATE-

The last date to fill the online application form is 31.03.2016 midnight after which the portal shall be closed and any request to extend the deadline may not be entertained.
