Recruitment of Medical Officers HCMS (Group-A') on regular basis 

Applications are invited for 761 posts of Medical Officers (HCMS-Group A) with breakup as under:- 

General -248

SC-293 (this includes backlog of 174 posts..) 

BC-A-60 

BC-B-30 

Spl. BC- 30 

EBP (Economically Backward Persons in the Cen caste category)-37 (this includos backlog of 7 posts)

Ex Servicemen-63 (this includes backlog of 33 posts.)

Total-761 (this includes 48 posts which are horizontally reserved for persons with disability as per Haryana Government notification dated 15.07.2014)

Note-

☻Vacancies may decrease or increase as per availability. 

☻Reservation up to 2% for Freedom Fighter and their children /grand children will be available only if quota reserved for Ex-servicemen or Backward Classes remains unfilled to that extent due to non availability of suitable Ex-servicemen or their dependents or non-availability of suitable candidates from Backward Classes. Over all reservation either from the unfilled vacancies of Ex-servicemen or from the Backward Classes for Freedom Fighters/ their children/ grand children will remain limited to 2% only. 

☻Reservation benefit will be admissible to the bonafied residents of Haryana State only. The 'Resident Certificate of Haryana' and the 'Certificate of SC/BC/ESM/DESM/PFVSBC,TF of Haryala' issued by the competent authority under the latest Govt., instructions will only be accepted.

Pay Scale-

Rs. 15600-39100+Grade Pay Rs. 5400-PB3+NPA and usual allowances sanctioned by Govt. from time to time.

Preference-

Preference will be given to the candidates having PG degree/Diploma and Rural Service in Haryana state (Health Department LNHMi?GIMS, Rohtak/State Government Medical Colleges or State aided medical College like Agroha). 

Waiting List-

A waiting list equal to 50% of total advertised posts (category wise) will be prepared which will remain valid for a period of 6 months from the date of issue of first appointment letter. 

First Posting-

Once appointed they may be posted in rural areas for two years initially.

Reserve Category -250/

SC/BC/ESM/PH/Sp. BC/Eco.BC/D.FF) 

(for candidates of Haryana Only) 

Eligibility-

Academic Qualifications: 

(i) Graduate in Medicine and Surgery of a recognized University or degree of any other University or Institution recognized by the Medical Council of India; and 

(ii) Registered as medical practitioner with Medical Council of India or any other State Medical Council in Indian Union; and 

(iii) Hindi/Sanskrit upto Matric standard or higher education. Preference shall be given to candidates having MD/MS degree/PG diploma recognized by MCI.

No Candidate will apply if he/she does not have the MBBS Degree, internship completion certificate, permanent registration or if the result is awaited. All incomplete applications will be rejected. 

LAST DATE-

Last date to receive the application forms is 01.07.2015. 

Age:- 

A candidate should not be less than 22 years and not more than 42 years as on the last date of submission of applications. 

Relaxation upto 47 years for reserved categories.

Interview-

Interview shall commence from 06.07.2015 on wards and the venue of interview shall be O/o Directorate General Health Services, Swasthya Bhawan, Sector-6, Panchkula (Haryana).
