Application fee-

Demand draft of Rs. 500/- for General category, Rs. 250/- reserved categories and Half Fee for Female (General Category/Reserved Categories) payable at Gohana (Sonepat) in favour of Director, BPS Govt. Medical College for Women, Khanpur Kalan, Sonepat.

Age-

No person shall be appointed to any post in the Service by direct recruitment who is less than 17 years and more than 42 years of age on the last date of submission of application, provided that the State Government may relax the age limit, if the candidate with outstanding qualifications, experience and in the exigencies of smooth functioning of the college. Relaxation of age for reserved categories is as per Haryana Government Rules.

RELEXATION IN AGE:- 

i) In the case of SC/BC/SBC candidates, the upper age limit is relaxable as per Haryana Govt. instructions. 

ii) In the case of PHC General candidates the upper age limit is relaxable by 10 years (15 years for SCs/BCs) as per Haryana Govt. Instructions No. 22/70/2011-1GS-III, dated 01.05.2012. 

iii) For Ex-servicemen candidates relaxation up to continuous Military service added by three years is permissible. 

iv) The upper age limit in respect of widow, legally separated woman, divorcee, deserted woman and unmarried woman will be upto 45 years as per Govt. Instructions.

How to Apply- 

A candidate whether he belongs to general category or reserved categories viz. SC, BC, SBC, EBP, PHC, OSP, ESM/DESM can submit only one application for particular category of post. Application form complete in all respects duly filled in by the candidates in their own handwriting in capital letters and signed in the specified space should be sent only through Post to the Director BPS GMC for Women Khanpur Kalan, Sonepat. All the column of the application form should be filled in.

Incomplete application forms or those received after the due date for any reasons including postal delay etc. will not be entertained and shall be summarily rejected. 

The Institute may short list the candidates based on criteria approved by Govt. if the number of applications happen to be large for any category. The number of posts are liable to increase/decrease either way including complete withdrawal without assigning any reasons. The reserved posts will be filled up as per latest Haryana Government instructions dated 28.02.2013.

The application form can also be collected from the office of the Director, BPS Govt. Medical College for Women, Khanpur Kalan on all working days during office hours on cash payment of Rs. 500/- for General category, Rs. 250/- reserved categories and Half Fee for Female (GC/Reserved Categories). 

The downloaded form must accompany demand draft of Rs. 500/- (for General), Rs. 250/- reserved categories and Half Fee for Female (GC/Reserved Categories) in favour of Director, BPS Govt. Medical College for Women, Khanpur Kalan, Sonepat (Haryana) payable at Gohana (Sonepat). 

Note: 

 This Advertisement supersedes Advertisement No. 8/2014 (closing date 22.09.2014). The candidates who has applied for the particular post vide advertisement No. 8/2014 need not to apply again. Application forms already received will be considered in the current advertisement subject to fulfilling educational qualification criteria as per Advt. No 5/2015. 

 Post mentioned at Serial No 23 and 33 of Advt. No 8/2014 are withdrawn due to administrative reasons. Applicant may submit request for refund of fee alongwith with valid proof of remitting of fee.

DOCUMENTS TO BE ATTACHED WITH THE APPLICATION FORM:- 

i) Two copy of Passport size photograph pasted/attached on/with application form. 

ii) Demand Draft for requisite fee. (Not applicable if form purchased on cash payment) 

iii) Attested copy of certificates of essential qualifications and above (Matric onwards) alongwith Diploma/Degree etc. 12 

iv) Attested copy of Valid Eligibility Certificate in case of DESM candidates duly issued by respective Zila Sainik Board. 

v) Attested copy of Sports Gradation Certificate in case of outstanding sports persons duly issued by Competent Authority. 

vi) Attested Photocopy of SC/BC/PHC/SBC/EBPG Certificates issued by Competent Authority. 

The candidates are advised that photo copies of all qualification/diploma/ degree (Matric onwards) should be attached with the application forms. 

Application form is liable to be rejected in the following event:- 

i) If the application is not in the prescribed format appended with this advertisement. 

ii) If the application is unsigned. 

iii) If the experience certificate is without date and details of salary per month received (wherever the condition of experience certificate apply). 

iv) If the candidate does not possess the qualification of Hindi/Sanskrit upto Matric Standard. 

v) If the candidate does not possess the requisite academic qualification on the cut off date i.e. Last date of receipt of application forms. 

vi) If the candidate is underage/overage on the cut off date. 

vii) If demand draft for requisite fee (where applicable) not attached
