Transfer Drive Schedule for Headmasters High School, PGTs/Lecturers and Elementary School Headmasters 2017 & List of Teachers School wise.
Transfer Drive for Headmasters High School, PGTs/Lecturers and Elementary School Headmasters has been scheduled by Directorate of Secondary Education Haryana as follows:-
1. List of teachers-School wise. Reason behind this is to intimate the teachers about their present status as per MIS Portal: 12.07.2017
2. Employees who have submitted their service profile correction request to their higher authorities and the same are pending with their higher authorities.
For such employees the following guideline/advisory is issued:-
i. Service Profile of those employees whose Service Profile Correction request has been rejected will be restored as it was before the profile correction request.
ii. Service Profile of those employees who have submitted their profile correction request to higher authority but higher authority has not approved or rejected, would be restored before the initiation of transfer drive. Therefore they are advised to get the request approved or rejected on the basis of decision taken by their approving authority.
iii. Employees who have opened their Service Profile for edit, are advised to get the same approved or rejected by their higher authority by submitting the same to the higher authority. In case of failure, their profile would be restored as it was before opening for edit.
iv. In case of failure of updation of Service Profile due to the fault of the teacher, such teachers would be liable to be transferred to anywhere in the State.
Note: All teachers would be given an option to participate in upcoming drive

Directorate School Education, List of Schools with Revised Zone Information as on 23.06.2017
During implementation of transfer policy in the year 2016-17, it was noticed that some zones in some districts were given insignificant number of schools to the extent of making such zones nearly non-existent zones. A case in point is that of Gurugram zone no.2 where only two schools were included in. This imbalanced classification limited the teachers’ choices in some zones unreasonably.
As such scenario gives rise to operational difficulties, so this year the department again invited suggestions from the stakeholders on the need of redefining of these zones across all the districts of the state including the new district of Charkhi Dadri.
After consideration of the suggestions the zones have been redefined where need be, in term of note 4 of para 4 of the Teachers' Transfer Poilcy, 2016 issued vide No. 1/71-2015-eGov dated 05.06.2017, as follows. The benefits under the revised zoning will be available prospectively.

Online applications are invited by Haryana Staff Selection Commission for direct recruitment of under mentioned categories of posts using the website of HSSC i.e. www.hssc.gov.in. The online application can be filled up from 12.06,2017 to 11.07.2017 till 11.59 P.M.
The printed copy of the online application form with necesisary certificates must se brought at the time of scrutiny of documents.
No offline application form or copy of downloaded application form will be accepted by the office. The selection shall be made in accordance with the provisions under Haryana Police (Non Gazetted and Other Ranks) Service Rules. 2017 and, amended rule 12.16 of Punjab Police Rules-1934 as applicable to Haryana and Government instructions issued from time to time regarding Reservation, Qualification/eligibility conditions, and other documents will be' determined with regard to last date fixed to apply online applications also called as closing date i.e. 11.07.2017.

Important Note-
The post indicated above were advertised earlier by HSSC against Advt. No. 1/2017 Cat.1 and Cat. 2. Against these posts no recruitment process could be initiated and the same were cancelled by the commission.
The candidates who had earlier applied against the above categories will also be eligible against the re-advertised posts and such candidates will be exempted from the payment of application fee. However, such candidates who have already applied against above advertisement earlier need not to apply again as their old application will be considered.
