Bokaro Steel Plant invites online applications from energetic, result oriented and promising talent for the following posts for its existing & modernisation units.

4.Upper Age Limit: 28 yrs^. (As on 1/10/2014)
5.Essential Qualification ( as on 27/04/2015)-Matriculation and Govt. or PSU sponsored, ITI passed candidates having undergone at least one year’s training in an integrated steel plant.
6.Physical Standards : Candidates will be required to meet requisite physical standard laid down byCompany for being considered for the post: -

7.SELECTION PROCEDURE
Eligible candidates will be required to appear in Written Examination. On the basis of their
performance in the Written Examination they will be called for Interview. Weightage for written test and Interview will be 80:20 respectively (Selection will be subject to candidates being found medically fit by the Medical Officer of the Company as per prescribed rules of the company). 8. TRAINING & PROBATION:
Candidates selected as Attendant-cum-Technician Trainee will be placed on training for a period of 2
Years which may be extended by another two years as per requirement. On successful completion of
training period, they shall be regularized as Attendant-cum-Technician in S-1 Grade. After successful
completion of Training, Candidates shall be placed under probation for 1 year.
9. EMOLUMENTS AND OTHER BENEFITS
Candidates selected as Attendant-cum-Technician Trainee will be paid consolidated Pay of Rs. 8600/-pm during 1st year of training and Rs. 10000/-pm during the 2nd year of training. During the period of 2 year training Trainees will also get Medical facility for self, spouse and dependent children. Leave etc will be as per the Rules of the Company.
The emoluments for the above mentioned post of Attendant-cum-Technician on confirmation in S-1 grade after successful completion of 2 years of training will include Basic pay (in the scales of pay revised for non – executives w.e.f.1/1/2012), Industrial Dearness allowance [AICPI- 198, base 2001 = 100], reimbursement of Local Travelling Expenses and other facilities such as medical facility for self and dependant family members, contributory Provident fund, Gratuity (as per ceiling prescribed under Payment of Gratuity Act, 1972), LTC etc as admissible as per rules of the company. In addition House Rent Allowance will be paid only where company accommodation is not available.
